淡水澎湖花枝丸位於淡水老街和淡水金色水岸間的通道公明街56巷裡，一旁是淡水和衷宮，從淡水捷運站步行約3分鐘。紅色的旗幟非常醒目，販售來自澎湖的花枝丸。
位於路邊巷子的金川食品澎湖花枝丸，主要販售現炸花枝丸和蝦捲。炸好後的花枝丸和蝦捲，客人可以自行添加佐料，現場有多種佐料可以選擇。
花枝丸和蝦捲單買一串35元，買四送一，5隻100元。
現炸出來的澎湖花枝丸和蝦捲，呈現金黃色澤。拿到時還很燙，我們買了五串，四個人分享剛剛好。撒沾粉和裝袋需要自助，好處是想加多少沾粉，隨個人喜好。我們選擇胡椒粉，吃起來鮮嫩好吃，很Q彈。
在淡水就可以吃到澎湖花枝丸，是不錯的小食。喜歡花枝丸和蝦捲的朋友，來到淡水可以去品嚐。
